Job Description:
A company is looking for a Foundation Development Associate to
support major grant-funded initiatives for state and local news
coverage.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development and implementation of fundraising
strategies to achieve multi-year goals
Expand the institutional donor base and build relationships with
funders
Create research briefs and maintain records in CRM software to
oversee funding opportunities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 3-5 years of
relevant work experience
Proven success in securing high-level grants and supporting fund
development
Exceptional interpersonal skills for relationship building
Authorization to work in the U.S. and advanced competency in
Microsoft Office
Experience collaborating with foundation and corporate leaders
