Job Description:
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Operations
Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate a high volume of remote interviews and
communicate with candidates regarding their recruiting status
Review background checks, maintain recruitment trackers, and
process hiring details within HR systems
Support HR operations by assisting with administrative tasks,
employee inquiries, and implementing process improvements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
1-3 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or a related
customer service role
Proficiency in Microsoft and Google tools, particularly Excel and
Word
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), especially
Workday or other HRIS platforms
Solid understanding of HR and employment laws
