Job Description:
A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel to join its legal
team.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a legal business partner to revenue teams, summarizing and
communicating legal concepts and risks
Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a variety of legal agreements
while advising on contract interpretation
Support continuous improvement of agreement templates and legal
processes, ensuring compliance with company policies
Required Qualifications
6+ years of in-house legal experience, preferably in a technology
company
Knowledge of data privacy and experience with Data Processing
Agreements
Admitted to the bar in at least one U.S. state and in good
standing
Ability to structure, draft, and negotiate a wide range of
contracts, including SAAS agreements
Experience with Salesforce, Slack, DocuSign, and contract lifecycle
management systems
