build and optimize infrastructure for policies, processes, and
systems that enhance employee experience and business success.
Key Responsibilities
Drive performance management strategy and support employee
relations
Oversee People Operations functions, ensuring compliance and
efficient HR processes
Manage payroll execution, benefits administration, and analyze
workforce data for strategic insights
Required Qualifications
7+ years of HR operations experience in a high-growth or
tech-driven environment
Bachelor's Degree in business administration, human resources
management, or a related field
Experience managing HR processes from performance management to
compliance
Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems, with knowledge of People
Analytics
Strong coaching skills and a proven track record in program design
and implementation
