Job Description:
A company is looking for a Mobile Engagement Team Delivery
Service professional.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct user research and create user journey maps to enhance
mobile user experience
Develop and implement mobile engagement strategies and manage
multiple projects to ensure timely delivery
Track and analyze metrics to measure success and support change
management initiatives
Required Qualifications
More than 6 years' NATO experience in Education and Training
More than 6 years' industry experience in change management and
Learning & Development
Master's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related
field, or equivalent experience in Digital Transformation
Certification in ITIL 4 and Agile Project Management
Proficiency in the NATO Joint Exercise Management Module (JEMM) and
NATO Training Objective Management Module (TOMM)
