Job Description:
A company is looking for a Global Revenue Controller to design
and lead a centralized revenue team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the centralized revenue function, ensuring compliance with
IFRS 15/ASC 606 and overseeing month-end and quarter-end close
processes
Develop scalable and automated revenue recognition processes,
establishing SLAs, KPIs, and performance metrics
Build and lead a global revenue team while collaborating with
Finance, Operations, Legal, and IT to align revenue processes
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in accounting, with 5+ years leading a
revenue function
Track record in process reengineering, automation, and finance
technology implementation
Ability to drive execution and partner effectively with
cross-functional teams
Experience managing SOx compliance, audit processes, and financial
governance in a global environment
Proven ability in building, leading, and mentoring diverse
teams
