Job Description:
A company is looking for a Scaled Customer Engineer to build
lasting relationships with SMB and mid-market customers.
Key Responsibilities
Own scaled customers and their lifecycle touchpoints, including
process improvements and escalated support
Co-own the self-serve onboarding process in collaboration with
Product and Knowledge Management
Drive proactive customer touchpoints and advocate for scaled
customers within the organization
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or
similar roles within a SaaS company
Technical skills relevant to security products, cloud email, IT,
and SSO
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
efficiently
Empathy for customers and a commitment to understanding their
challenges
Ability to collaborate across teams such as Sales, Product,
Marketing, and Engineering
