Job Description:
A company is looking for an Account Supervisor to lead and
manage multiple client accounts, driving strategy and
execution.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships as the
primary point of contact for key accounts
Lead the strategic planning process for client projects,
collaborating with internal teams to execute project plans
Oversee the work of account managers and coordinators, providing
guidance, support, and mentorship
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications,
business management, or a related field (or comparable
experience)
4-6 years of experience in account management, focusing on
branding, marketing, and design
Proven ability to lead and mentor account teams in a collaborative
environment
3 strong references who can vouch for performance
Ability to work independently and within a team when necessary
