Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Counsel, Commercial to
primarily support the North American sales and partners
organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, primarily for
software licensing and related services
Collaborate with sales, partners, and other business units such as
finance, security, and compliance
Respond to legal requests from internal clients and support the
improvement of agreements, policies, and processes
Required Qualifications
5+ years of overall legal experience
At least 3 years of experience negotiating commercial contracts,
preferably in an in-house role
J.D. Degree preferred
Experience with SAAS licensing, professional services, and
vendor/supplier contracts
Strong contract analysis, drafting, and negotiation skills
