Job Description:
A company is looking for a Finance Operations Associate to
manage financial operations and ensure compliance within the
organization.
Key Responsibilities
Manage finance operations, including cash management, bank
reconciliations, and invoicing activities
Develop and refine accounting policies and procedures for financial
reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and oversee audits and
internal controls
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
2+ years of experience in crypto, fintech, or start-up
environments
2+ years of management consulting, investment banking, or business
operations preferred
In-depth understanding of the cryptocurrency and blockchain
industry
Experience with GL management and financial transaction
recording
