Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patent Agent to grow its intellectual
property portfolio expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct and review patent searches, providing strategic advice and
risk analyses to clients
Draft and file patent applications, including provisional, utility,
and design patents
Conduct client consultations and advise on patent strategy
Required Qualifications
2 or more years of U.S. patent prosecution experience
License to practice in good standing before the U.S. Patent and
Trademark Office (USPTO)
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, biotechnology,
chemistry, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
Experience working with small businesses and start-ups
Strong business acumen and a passion for designing patent service
delivery workflows
