Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Consultant for Provider
Compensation & Contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Perform advanced database administration of the MediTract CLM
contract database and provide reports
Manage the contracting process for provider agreements and train
team members on database use
Calculate and communicate productivity metrics and performance
bonuses to providers
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Five (5) years of Healthcare Administration experience in provider
contracting and compensation
Advanced knowledge of Industry Standard National Benchmark Survey
Data
Understanding of Provider Fair Market Value (FMV) concepts
Experience collaborating with multiple teams, including Legal
Counsel and Human Resources
