Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst (Remote).
Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary liaison between the application team and the user community, facilitating communication and providing production support
Define business requirements and guide the user community in developing use cases for system enhancements
Provide implementation and production support for software components of moderate to high complexity

Required Qualifications and Education

Bachelor's degree in a related technical/business area plus 4 years of IT or business experience, or 6 years of additional experience in lieu of a degree
Advanced knowledge of Systems Analysis with a focus on customer requirements and the software development lifecycle
Solid background in healthcare claims operations and expertise in X12 formats, particularly 837 file formats
Experience managing small to medium-sized projects and developing workflows
Some expertise in PL/SQL and proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
