A company is looking for a Sr Business Systems Analyst -
AWS.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prioritize, and resolve critical incidents affecting the
AWS call center environment
Document root causes and corrective actions to prevent future
occurrences
Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project
lifecycle
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g.,
statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science)
4 - 6 years of related experience or equivalent experience
Experience with AWS systems as it relates to call center
technology
Knowledge of data processing and health care payer business
functions
