Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr Business Systems Analyst to join
their team.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate complex engineering designs for network, compute,
telephony, and database solutions
Maintain technology currency and capacity planning to support
established SLAs
Lead infrastructure design for complex projects and provide
operational readiness through engineering and support
activities
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in a related field
8+ years of experience in a related field, or 10+ years in lieu of
a degree
Significant experience in network, compute, storage, telephony, and
database specialties
Experience in automating tasks associated with technical
specialties
Proven experience leading large Contact Center projects and
initiatives
