Job Description:
A company is looking for a Fund Transfer Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Process high volumes of fund transfer and allocation change
requests in a timely manner
Communicate with advisors and clients regarding requests that are
not in good order
Assist with team functions such as collections, loan payment
processing, and systematic payment setups
Required Qualifications
Customer service experience, particularly in telephone-based
roles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
Knowledge of company products, services, and IRS regulations
Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
Experience working collaboratively in a team setting
