Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Data Analyst, Customer
Experience.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a data-driven subject matter expert within the Customer
Experience organization
Develop partnerships with stakeholders to deliver actionable
insights that enhance business KPIs
Lead the creation and maintenance of enterprise-level reporting,
dashboards, and scorecards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Applied
Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related
field
4+ years of relevant experience in strategy & operations or
advanced analytics
Proficiency in SQL; experience with Python or R is a plus
Expertise in data visualization tools; experience with Tableau is a
plus
Strong analytical modeling skills and ability to propose innovative
solutions
