A company is looking for a Remote EAP Counselor.
Key Responsibilities
Provide top-quality mental health counseling to corporate clients
using brief, solution-focused interventions
Ensure client safety and appropriate referrals for long-term
treatment when necessary
Maintain documentation and manage caseload effectively while
participating in program development
Required Qualifications
Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology
Independent clinical license
Experience in providing direct clinical services and
solution-focused therapy
Knowledge of treatment issues and EAP services
Ability to work from a quiet home office with high-speed
internet
