Performance.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to create actionable
execution plans for strategic initiatives
Drive accountability for strategic outcomes and ensure initiatives
achieve business results
Develop key performance metrics and establish reporting mechanisms
to track progress and ensure transparency
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in strategy and operations, product
operations, program management, or corporate strategy
Experience leading complex strategic initiatives with
cross-functional teams
Proven ability to prepare and present business insights to senior
executives
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a
technical field
Experience with SaaS and enterprise software products or services
preferred
