Job Description:
A company is looking for a Loan Closer.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble, prepare, and review documents for loan closings while
ensuring compliance with state, federal, and regulatory
requirements
Interface with warehouse and post-closing teams to ensure quality
of funding packages and monitor workflow
Draw mortgage closing documents and communicate with various
stakeholders to ensure timely loan closings
Required Qualifications and Experience
3+ years of retail closing experience
Familiarity with insurance policies, title reports, appraisals, and
settlement statements
Strong knowledge of the mortgage banking industry and industry
regulations
Experience with BYTE preferred and proficiency in Microsoft Word,
Excel, and Outlook
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of
integrity and confidentiality
