A company is looking for a Senior CCMS Administrator (MadCap
IXIA).
Key Responsibilities
Configure, implement, and support the MadCap IXIA CCMS
Package and manage translation content and processes
Train team members and develop documentation for CCMS usage
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Information Technology or Systems Management
preferred
Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication or related field
preferred
5+ years of experience in technical writing
Proficiency in administering a CCMS and XML authoring tools
Working knowledge of Technical Communication practices and document
production processes
