A company is looking for an Annuities Customer Support
representative for a remote position in the US.
Key Responsibilities
Process new business application transactions ensuring accuracy and
compliance
Collaborate with agents and internal teams to resolve pending cases
promptly
Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high satisfaction
levels
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in
financial services or insurance
Proven experience with insurance products and policies
Previous experience in the Life Insurance and Annuity industry
Proficiency in following both oral and written directions
