Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Specialist to support local
channel partners and their advertising partners.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients and customers in understanding marketing needs and
resolving escalations, providing support in French
Maintain accurate records of communication and proactively report
on support actions
Review marketing materials for compliance with guidelines and coach
customers in content creation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, communication, journalism,
marketing, or a related field
1+ years of agency or related experience
Some remote-work experience preferred with the ability to work
independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and social
publishing platforms
Proficiency in French, both written and spoken
