Job Description:
A company is looking for a Funder to support its mortgage
operations by reviewing loan documents and disbursing funds.
Key Responsibilities
Review loan documents and funding conditions to ensure compliance
with company guidelines
Reconcile fees and figures related to each loan and follow up on
outstanding items
Input required funding fields accurately to generate correct wire
amounts
Required Qualifications
Minimum three years of experience in the mortgage industry,
specifically as a Funder
Recent mortgage funding experience is essential
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
High level of integrity and confidentiality is required
