Job Description:
A company is looking for a part-time bilingual Tagalog
Vietnamese interviewer.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct telephone interviews with health plan call centers
regarding benefits and coverage
Accurately record outcomes and issues during interviews
Complete required training and apply feedback to improve
interviewing skills
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
Fluency in Vietnamese and English
At least 6 months of telephone interviewing experience, preferably
in a research setting
High school diploma or GED required
Background check required
Must have a laptop/computer and high-speed internet service
