A company is looking for a Supervisor, Insurance Operations to
oversee operational tasks and processes for healthcare insurance
clients.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise client-specific insurance operations tasks and
processes
Provide project-specific training and support for team productivity
and quality performance
Monitor performance metrics and collaborate on improvement
strategies
Required Qualifications and Education
2+ years of experience in revenue cycle or accounts receivable
operations
1+ years of leadership experience
Experience with Meditech Expanse and/or Meditech Magic
preferred
Experience with system implementation/conversion preferred
High school education or equivalent
