Job Description:
A company is looking for an Annuities Customer Support
representative to process new business applications and provide
customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Process new business application transactions and correspond with
agents and departments regarding pending cases
Ensure accurate handling and timely execution of transactions in
accordance with guidelines
Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer
experience
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or G.E.D
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
Working experience with insurance products and applicable
policies
Previous experience in the Life Insurance and Annuity Industry
MS Excel experience preferred
