A company is looking for a Director and Senior Counsel,
Commercial.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain legal strategies in collaboration with senior
leadership
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including
contract and employment laws
Manage and mentor colleagues in contract law and employment law,
ensuring high-quality deliverables
Qualifications
10+ years of corporate experience with a J.D. from an accredited
law school and active bar membership
Substantial experience in contracts, labor/employment, corporate
governance, AI, and data privacy
Demonstrated cultural competency and ability to work with diverse
teams
Proactive, organized, and capable of handling confidential
information
Commitment to the organization's mission and values
