Job Description:
A company is looking for a Part-Time Virtual Legal Intake
Specialist (Call Center).
Key Responsibilities
Answer 60-80 calls per shift in a fast-paced remote environment
Support multiple law firms by scheduling appointments, transferring
calls, and answering FAQs
Adapt to unique call requirements and communicate with the team in
real time
Required Qualifications
Must reside in AZ, NV, PA, TX, or UT
Must type a minimum of 45 words per minute
Availability for 25 hours/week between 10:00pm-5:00pm PST
Strong customer service or call center experience preferred
Reliable, high-speed wired internet connection required
