Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Corporate Counsel to provide
strategic legal guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise executives and business units on legal risks and corporate
policies
Draft, review, and negotiate complex SaaS agreements and
contracts
Oversee corporate governance and ensure compliance with applicable
laws and regulations
Required Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active
bar membership
5-10 years of corporate legal experience, preferably in both law
firm and in-house roles
Strong knowledge of corporate, contract, and compliance law
Business-first mindset
