As a Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal, you will work closely with attorneys to manage litigation cases efficiently using our advanced tech tools. You'll play a crucial role in case preparation, discovery, and trial support while ensuring seamless communication with clients and legal teams.

Responsibilities:
--- Assist attorneys in all aspects of personal injury litigation
--- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, subpoenas, and correspondence
--- Assist in case investigation, gathering medical records, and organizing evidence
--- Prepare and file legal documents in state and federal courts
--- Coordinate and manage discovery, including propounding and responding to interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission
--- Communicate with clients, medical providers, experts, and opposing counsel
--- Organize trial exhibits, prepare trial binders, and assist with trial preparation
--- Maintain case files, deadlines, and litigation calendars
--- Utilize case management and legal tech tools to track deadlines and case progress

Qualifications:
--- Minimum of 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience
--- Experience in personal injury law is strongly preferred
--- Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures and court rules
--- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new legal technology
--- Proficiency in legal case management software (SmartAdvocate a plus)
--- Experience with e-filing systems, cloud-based legal tools, and digital document management
--- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and legal research platforms
--- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
--- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
--- Paralegal certificate or relevant degree preferred
