Job Description:
A company is looking for a Process Manager, Legal Recovery to
optimize and enhance processes within the legal recovery collection
functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and streamline state process documentation for
consistency
Identify process gaps and work with teams to remediate off-track
accounts
Lead small to medium scale projects and implement automation tools
for efficiency
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED required; Associate's degree preferred
1-3 years of experience in a Data Analyst role
Six Sigma knowledge/certification is a plus
