Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director & Assistant General Counsel,
Public Sector.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic legal advice on complex transactions and
government contracts
Draft, review, and negotiate various Public Sector-specific
agreements
Develop and deliver training to the Public Sector sales team on
legal issues
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in SLED and Federal commercial
transactions
5+ years of experience in an in-house legal department, preferably
in SaaS
Deep knowledge of U.S. federal and SLED procurement laws and
regulations
Experience with SaaS business models and commercial negotiation
best practices
Active membership in a state bar or eligible to register as
in-house counsel
