Job Description:
A company is looking for a Corporate Recruiter to focus on
hiring efforts for dermatology practices nationally.
Key Responsibilities
Source and recruit candidates using various job boards and methods
on a national basis
Review resumes, screen candidates, and document interview findings
for hiring managers
Extend verbal offers and serve as a liaison to practices, fostering
relationships and securing talent
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
2-3 years' experience as a recruiter in the healthcare industry
Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems; SmartRecruiters is
a plus
Extensive experience with Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge of various sourcing methods and popular job boards like
Indeed and LinkedIn
