Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payroll Manager responsible for
managing payroll functions and ensuring compliance with
regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the payroll team to maintain payroll and payroll
tax compliance
Establish and enforce procedures to verify payroll data integrity
and accuracy
Manage continuous improvement initiatives and performance
measurement for payroll processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics, or
related field required
10-12 years of payroll experience with strong knowledge of payroll
taxation and withholding
5 years of payroll leadership experience required
Experience in a high-volume, multi-state payroll environment
Advanced knowledge of taxability of fringe benefits and GAAP
