Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Service Consultant to assist
participants in a research study.
Key Responsibilities
Assist participants with questions and enrollment in studies
Place outbound follow-up calls to help participants complete study
surveys
Utilize multiple software systems for documentation and data
entry
Required Qualifications
2 years of experience in a high-volume call center customer service
role
Basic computer proficiency and navigation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams
Basic alpha-numeric data entry skills
High School Diploma or GED
