A company is looking for a ServiceNow HAM/SAM Business Process
Consultant in the healthcare sector for a remote contract position
in the USA or Canada.
Key Responsibilities
Gather requirements and conduct workshops
Demo products and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
Create user stories and provide go-live support
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience with ServiceNow
Experience in healthcare is essential
Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) is essential
Business Process Consultant (BPC) experience is essential
Experience with Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset
Management (SAM) is essential
