Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vice President of Legal,
Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the compliance team to operate an effective compliance
program
Develop and implement plans to reduce compliance risk and maintain
compliance
Serve as the Compliance Officer and chair of the Compliance
Committee
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) required
At least 8 years of healthcare compliance program experience
Experience with medical groups and ambulatory care settings
preferred
Proven track record in compliance auditing, investigation, and risk
assessment
Ability to analyze and resolve complex issues
