Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Clinical Quality and
Training to provide strategic leadership and oversight to Quality
and Training functions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, implementation, and oversight of Quality and
Training programs
Collaborate with leadership teams to achieve service objectives and
ensure compliance with accreditation requirements
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and
prepare reports on quality performance
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare-related field required;
Master's degree preferred
10+ years of experience in healthcare, preferably at a health plan
or TPA
3+ years of management experience in a health-related field
Direct experience in building and leading clinical quality
assurance processes for national accreditation
Certification as Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ)
preferred; active Nursing License preferred
