Job Description:
A company is looking for an Operational Trainer - Registered
Nurse or LVN/LPN for a national remote position.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver training programs for Clinical Services staff
to ensure regulatory compliance
Conduct evaluations of educational programs and document competency
levels for staff
Collaborate with Care Management teams to create high-quality
educational resources
Required Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing
Current un-encumbered RN or LVN/LPN license
2+ years of Managed Care experience, including case management or
utilization management
Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, and Outlook
