    • Proof of negative Blood test or Skin test as described below. - QuantiFERON Blood Test within one year prior to start OR 2-Step TB Skin Test 1 within 30 days and the other within 1 year - If positive TB record; Must provide MD note stating traveler is free of active TB or provide proof of treatment for LTBI within 30 days of start
    • Statement signed and dated within 1 year of start stating traveler is able to work without restrictions
