Join Our Nursing TeamWe are seeking highly motivated and dedicated registered nurses to join our residency program at Christus Ochsner Health Southwestern Louisiana. Our comprehensive onboarding program is designed to provide newly licensed RNs with the skills and confidence necessary to deliver high-quality patient care.As a participant in our residency program, you will be assigned to a preceptor who will guide you through a structured curriculum of progressive skill development and patient care assignments. You will also have the opportunity to work alongside our experienced professionals and develop your critical thinking skills.We are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive environment that fosters professional growth and development. Our residency program is designed to help you achieve your full potential as a nurse and make a meaningful contribution to our team.Requirements:

• Bachelor or Associate Degree in Nursing
• Active RN license or six months to a year of experience as a licensed RN in the state of employment or compact
