Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager Solutions Engineering, Global
Shared Services.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a global team of Presales domain experts to
support sales efforts in emerging markets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute
go-to-market strategies and optimize sales processes
Engage with customers at multiple levels to provide technical
leadership and ensure successful solution deployment
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in sales engineering, with at least 4 years
in a leadership role in a high-growth technology environment
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related
field; MBA or advanced technical degree preferred
Proven track record of leading diverse teams to meet ambitious
goals
Experience in solutions selling to Software Development or IT
leadership
Familiarity with managing distributed remote teams is
advantageous
