Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Strategic Initiatives
to support and lead strategic projects and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Execute established strategic plans and manage key projects for the
business unit
Build cross-functional relationships and provide oversight to
ensure business requirements are met
Lead team performance management and develop action plans for
process improvements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent directly related
experience
6+ years of experience in project management or related
business/strategic initiatives
4+ years of management experience
Experience in a healthcare environment is preferred
