Job Description:

A company is looking for a Demand Generation Manager to shape marketing strategy and execute campaigns for revenue growth.



Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement targeted, multichannel marketing campaigns in collaboration with product marketing, brand teams, and sales
Build and optimize automated lead generation nurturing programs to facilitate sales funnel progression
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using insights to refine strategies and maximize impact


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field, or equivalent work experience
Experience in medical device or pharmaceutical marketing, with a preference for Radiation Oncology experience
Previous experience managing campaigns and utilizing marketing automation tools, preferably HubSpot
Experience in building strong Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and targeted account programs
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage complex projects effectively
