Relationship Lead in Consulting.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic partner to the business, leading needs
identification and solution discussions
Manage talent solutions to address performance gaps and support
development pipelines
Collaborate with various departments to design and implement talent
lifecycle systems and digital solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work
experience
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a cross-functional
enterprise environment
Experience managing multiple projects of varying risk levels
Practical knowledge of learning implementation and employee
development
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools
