Job Description:
A company is looking for a Benefits Operations Manager (Fixed
Term).
Key Responsibilities
Oversee recruitment, training, and development of the regional
Benefits Operations team
Act as a subject matter expert on Benefits-related topics for team
members and stakeholders
Collaborate with various departments to enhance processes and
ensure compliance and data integrity
Required Qualifications
Hands-on people management experience with a focus on team
development
Progressive HR Operations experience across multiple countries,
specifically in Benefits plans for the US, Canada, and LATAM
Experience in customer-facing roles with an emphasis on service
level metrics and continuous improvement
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international environment
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
