Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payroll Manager to oversee and manage
payroll functions and ensure compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the entire payroll function, ensuring compliance
with federal, state, and local regulations
Participate in and improve processes for semi-monthly, off-cycle,
and special payrolls
Prepare payroll-related journal entries, reconciliations, and
assist with year-end reporting and audits
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, human resources, or a
related field
5 years of experience managing payroll or a similar accounting
role
3-5 years' experience in multi-state payroll processing and HRIS
administration
Strong knowledge of multi-state payroll processes and
payroll-related compliance
CPP certification is a bonus
