Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a regional team of Sales Engineers to identify customer pain
points and develop solutions
Engage with Sales Leadership to support pre-sales activities and
ensure team readiness on products and solutions
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team
members for skills development
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a pre-sales role within a SaaS
company
3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role
Strong business acumen and ability to relate technology to business
problems
Proven experience working cross-functionally with various teams
Knowledge of security, cloud, and web-related technologies
