A company is looking for a Principal Growth Engineer to drive
technical innovation and implement growth-focused features.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy growth-centric features to enhance user
acquisition and retention
Collaborate with teams to prioritize and execute growth experiments
based on user behavior analysis
Work with cross-functional teams to identify and scale growth
opportunities while minimizing technical debt
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in full-stack development with proficiency
in frontend and backend technologies
Experience in building and analyzing A/B tests in product or
marketing environments
Strong understanding of performance optimization, SEO, and web
infrastructure
Proficiency in data analysis tools like Mixpanel and Google
Analytics
Experience collaborating across engineering, product, and marketing
teams to develop growth features
